Who This Is For

This session is designed for people trying to break into healthcare administration, transition into the field, advance from their current role, prepare for leadership, or simply get clarity about their next career move.

U.S.-Focused Career Guidance

My professional experience is based in the U.S. healthcare system, so these sessions focus on healthcare administration careers in the United States.

International participants are welcome if their questions are focused on pursuing a healthcare administration career in the U.S. I do not provide immigration or visa guidance, legal advice, or country-specific career guidance for healthcare systems outside the United States.

Why Work With Me

I have over a decade of experience across healthcare administration and operations, from frontline healthcare roles to clinic leadership, project management, and healthcare startup operations.

My approach is to listen to your situation, identify where you may be getting stuck, challenge assumptions when needed, and help you develop practical next steps.

Relaunch Availability

I'm opening 5 sessions at $49 as I bring my 1:1 Career Strategy Sessions back.

Important: This session provides educational career strategy and professional guidance based on my experience. It is not a recruiting, job-placement, legal, immigration, or resume-writing service. Employment, interviews, promotions, compensation, or other career outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Break Into Healthcare Admin: Founding Career Cohort

If you've spent the last year asking the same questions (where do I even start? Is the degree worth it? How do people actually get promoted?) and you're tired of collecting advice that never turns into an actual move, this is built for you.

Because a career in healthcare administration isn't really about another degree or more applications. It's about understanding the value of the experience you already have, getting clear on where you're headed, seeing exactly what's standing between you and the next role, and knowing how to position yourself when the opening comes.

I spent 12+ years building mine: frontline healthcare, clinic management, project management, operations, and leadership. This is the career map I wish someone had handed me a decade ago.

What you'll walk away with

Over four weeks, you'll leave holding:

  • A clear direction. Where you are now, the specific roles that make sense for your next move, and why.

  • Your value, in writing. The accomplishments, experience, and transferable skills you've been undervaluing, pulled out and named.

  • Your real gaps. The exact experience, exposure, or skills between you and your next role, so you stop guessing.

  • A positioned story. A sharpened résumé, LinkedIn, and interview narrative that says what you actually offer.

  • A 90-day action plan. A written, do-this-next roadmap you build yourself using the framework. Not another folder of advice.

"Can't I just ask AI all this?"

You can, and some people will. But you already have free AI, and you're still stuck. That's the tell. AI gives you infinite answers; it can't tell you which one is right for your situation, it hasn't walked this exact path, and it won't hold you to the plan next week. That's what a live cohort is for. This competes with getting unstuck, not with a chatbot.

How it works

Four live sessions over four weeks, 90 minutes each: practical guidance, hands-on work, group discussion, and Q&A applied directly to your career. Not a prerecorded course you buy and forget. A working cohort, capped at 10 so there's room for real discussion and individual situations.

  • Sessions: TBD

  • Time: 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern, 90 minutes each

  • Where: Live on Zoom, link sent after you enroll, sessions recorded if you miss one

  • Founding rate: $99

  • Seats: 10 maximum

We close on Sunday, November 1 instead of a fourth Saturday so nobody has to choose between this and Halloween weekend.

Who it's for

Professionals building a career in U.S. healthcare administration who are:

  • Trying to break in

  • Ready to move past a frontline or entry-level role

  • Exploring management or leadership

  • Considering a transition within healthcare

  • Feeling stuck or unclear on the next move

You don't need to be a manager already. You do need to be willing to reflect, show up, and take action between sessions.

What this isn't

I'm not promising you'll land a job, get promoted, or hit a salary number in four weeks. Anyone who does is lying to you. What I'm offering is 12+ years of real healthcare experience, the lessons I earned navigating my own path, and a structured environment to approach yours far more intentionally.

A few things to know before you enroll: Sessions are recorded so anyone who misses one can catch up, which means by joining you'll be on the recording. Because seats are limited to 10, the founding cohort is non-refundable once purchased.

10 seats. When they're gone, founding enrollment closes.
